The rumour mill is rife with discussions about which manifesto pledge the Chancellor is going to break when the Autumn Budget is announced on Wednesday 26 November.
There was a commitment to not raise ‘the big three’ i.e. income tax, national insurance and VAT, but experts now warn that the £30bn fiscal deficit, nicknamed, the ‘black hole’ isn’t going to have its sides touched unless this commitment is broken.
