Some agencies are run by people who’ve never been in clinic. They may be perfectly nice, supportive people; they may even be clinicians, but they don’t understand GP work like their clients do.

LocumDeck was created by GPs and to this day is still led by a couple of GPs. We’ve done late nights and hours of ten-minute appointments, the endless paperwork and wrangling pensions admin.
