These are the unique pension numbers required for NHS pensions, and are an optional data box on Form B.
When adding a practice to your LocumDeck address book from the national list of practices on LocumDeck, hopefully the practice will already have added it.
If adding a practice manually, and you don’t already know the EA code, there is a help icon with a link through to the national EA code list.
