Further to original correspondence from NASGP Chair Richard Fieldhouse, we’ve now had a response from Wales Government about Locum Hub Wales.
We originally wrote to Vaughan Gething in December, and have had this reply from Richard Morgan, Government and Corporate Business Team, Department for Health and Social Services (DHSS).
In clarification, Richard Morgan has said: “A practice, or locum can choose to book sessions through Locum Hub Wales or, through other arrangements should they wish to do so, in which case, the locum will need to capture a basic record of this external shift in Locum Hub Wales, for GMPI purposes.”
