FAQ: What is the BMA locum practice agreement?
Just like the model contract for salaried GPs, the model terms for GP locums are the BMA’s suggested terms designed to protect GPs and practices in NHS primary care.
The model terms are part of the wider BMA locum practice agreement, drafted by BMA Law and reviewed by both the GPC and the sessional GP subcomittee.
