Minimum GP sessions for appraisal – structured reflective template

At the moment, there is no consistently set minimum number of sessions a GP should work per year across the UK.

But any GP in England/Wales working less than 40 sessions in the year of their appraisal will need to submit a ‘structured reflective template’ (SRT) with their GP appraisal.

The SRT demonstrates their continued ability to provide safe care.

"...the NASGP LocumDeck service makes my running things as a self employed GP almost effortless - I don't think I would want to work without it. Invoicing is streamlined and the website is very user-friendly. After a sometimes busy week at work the last thing you want is to spend hours on business admin - LocumDeck is a real timesaver."
