Changes to Locum Form B 2021/22

NHS pension Locum Forms A and B have changed from 1 April for the new pension year, 2021/22 and both are live on LocumDeck.

The new Locum Form A has been live on LocumDeck since 1 April to help our members separate work carried out in the previous pension year – 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 – with work carried out in the new pension year, which began on 1 April 2021.

The new Form B is now also live, after a delay of a few days while we sought clarification on some changes that have been introduced to Form B. The most significant change is a new calculation which you’ll see in Box j called ‘Cumulative (month by month) freelance GP locum pensionable income’.

"I have decided to retire from medicine, and so from the NASGP too. You have my heartfelt thanks for being around, especially for all the useful articles in your journal, and I wish you well for the future. "
