For us, there is little new in this, but it is a good summary. I would suggest referring to it if the circumstances arise. It covers the legal aspects regarding consent and documentation. It reminds us to think about the use of HIV prophylaxis (with helpful charts of who should receive it) and also evaluation of the risk of self-harm. There are also good contact details for charities that can help patients afterwards (including in the longer term)
