October edition of The Sessional GP out now

In the 97th edition of The Sessional GP magazine, Kate runs us through mindfulness, Judith wonders why we don't prescribe placebos more often, Liz gives us the lowdown on selling your rented property, Sara has something to say about Swiss cheese, Rachel has advice about patients taping consultations, and Sonia has some seismic career advice.

Richard has worked as a freelance GP locum since 1995 in around 100 different practices, living and working in West Sussex and Hampshire. He founded NASGP in 1997 and the UK’s first locum chambers in 2004.

He enjoys walking, reads too many books on behavioural economics and has an unhealthy obsession with his sourdough starter.
