Nothing has changed in the management of Granuloma Inguinale. It’s pretty rare in the UK, but beware painless genital ulcers with inguinal nodes or ulceration over the nodes. I advise sending to GU for proper diagnosis and treatment if suspected as they need special tissue samples taking.
