You should ensure that your membership details are kept up to date. You can view and manage your account information, including your membership status when logged in via My account.
Your monthly membership commences on the date of first joining and renews on the same date of each calendar month thereafter. Your monthly Direct Debit payments will be made on or shortly after this date.
Your annual membership commences on the date of first joining and renews on the same date each year. If you pay by Direct Debit, your payment will be made on or shortly after this annual renewal date.
Fees and payments
If you join as a Full GP member, a non refundable annual or monthly Fee is payable.
Membership Fees are paid in advance and are non refundable, including the Full GP member Annual Membership fee.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership by following the instructions on this form. We will note that you wish to terminate your membership and, if you are paying by Direct Debit, you must also contact your bank or building society to cancel your Direct Debit payments.
Once you have cancelled your Direct Debit and your last monthly payment has expired, you will no longer be able to access Full member benefits.
We will not refund monies collected because of your failure to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank.
If you buy annual membership, you are benefitting from a discounted rate. The annual membership fee is therefore non-refundable if you decide during your membership year to cease your membership.
You can cancel your membership by following the instructions on this form. Banks and building societies generally require at least one day’s notice (we recommend seven days) before the Direct Debit is due to be paid. It is best to check how long your bank needs to avoid the payment being made.
We will not refund monies collected because of Your failure to cancel your Direct Debit at the bank.

It is the responsibility of each practice to ensure that passwords and access to their SPIP information are kept confidential and are not disclosed to anyone who is not permitted to access the practice’s confidential information.
If we believe that you or any third party is misusing your account, we reserve the right to disable your user ID and password at our discretion.
