On Tuesday 8 February NASGP developers added a ‘switch’ on the LocumDeck calendar that hides the availability requests, making their calendar easier and cleaner to read.
NASGP acted on feedback from locums about the high volume of requests for sessions that NASGP members face at the moment.
LocumDeck statistics also reflect huge month on month growth in bookings and numbers of practices booking GPs via the independent booking system.
In January NASGP locums made 55% more Instant Bookings compared with the month before, our biggest month for bookings since LocumDeck launched.
Dr Richard Fieldhouse, NASGP chair, said: “More and more locums and practices are using LocumDeck to manage all their bookings and invoices, which means we’ve been receiving some great feedback and suggestions to improve its use and performance.
“Our team meets every Monday for an hour to discuss all the latest feedback and insights from users, and prioritise the next update. We always listen and value all your help, and are even taking on extra IT staff to support new developments.”
