Leeds consultation for Sessional GPs

9th September 2014 by NASGP

The General Practitioners Committee (GPC) of the BMA is running a free consultative workshop, hosted by Leeds LMC, for sessional GPs, GP trainees and newly qualified GPs as part of its work on the future of general practice. This event will provide attendees with an opportunity to share their views with the GPC.

Areas covered will include aspirations and career opportunities, the role of both sessional and future qualified GPs in this change, working within larger networks of practices or federations and the relationship between CCGs and both sessional and future qualified GPs.

This all takes place on Tuesday 23rd September, at 6:45pm for buffet/refreshments at Weetwood Hall Conference Centre and Hotel, Otley Road, Leeds, LS16 5PS.

Please contact mail@leedslmc.org if you wish to go.

"...the NASGP LocumDeck service makes my running things as a self employed GP almost effortless - I don't think I would want to work without it. Invoicing is streamlined and the website is very user-friendly. After a sometimes busy week at work the last thing you want is to spend hours on business admin - LocumDeck is a real timesaver."
