It's great being a Locum GP! You have freedom and independence -
it's all about using our clinical skills in ever-changing settings. It
ranges from acute care to chronic management; you're a new bright fresh
face; there's no such thing as a heartsink and you can leave all that
non-clinical management stuff to those who choose to do it.
