My main concern for locums is that you can easily double your credits from a single educational meeting by demonstrating that you have implemented a change on an organisational level based on what you have learnt e.g. by adjusting a template or setting up a clinic. This theoretically means we would need more time in educational meetings to make up the shortfall, and we obviously are not paid if we are not working a clinical session, as opposed to our salaried and partner colleagues."
