This site was created in March 1997 by Ed Penman who tirelessly developed and maintained it for 3 ½ years, before having to leave to join a partnership in Shropshire. The NASGP is extremely grateful to Ed for his vision and meticulous attention to detail, and thank him for making this website the front piece of the NASGP that it is today.

After Ed gave up his post we were delighted to have Grace Lomax of DoctorOnline maintaining the site until we found a permanent replacement.

In looking at a long-term solution, we considered a few commercial organisations to maintain the website. Unfortunately these were deemed either too expensive or not entirely within our control. Therefore we've decided to have a go ourselves!
