| In our Code of Good Practice we've always maintained that "practices and non-principals should formally agree terms of employment". There are some excellent model contracts for assistants and retainers available from the BMA but unfortunately no guidance to aide the "terms of engagement" or bookings for locums. So we've come up with our own framework, but before we formalise it we'd like to know what you think about it.
